It may end up in promotions or spam. So if you don’t see it, you’ll have the information below ready to retrieve it! In your phone:
- Click on the 3 bars in the top left corner
- Scroll down and check the “All mail”, “Spam”, and if there is an option, “Promotions”
- To make sure you receive my future emails with life-tips, events, and additional promotions, you will need to go to your PC.
or
- If the above didn’t work and your phone has multiple email accounts, select the one account that you subscribed with. If it doesn’t show at the top, go through the above steps again.
In your PC:
- Find my email in your Promotions or Spam tab (located at the top of the screen)
- Drag and drop the email from where it is to the Primary folder, letting Google know that you really do want to receive all my good stuff!
