Reiki is life force energy. The energy that is found all around us, in nature, in objects, and in you. Reiki Therapy is a technique that originated in Japan over one hundred years ago that allows the practitioner to tap into the energy and flow it through to their client, giving you a little…boost.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RECEIVING REIKI?
The effects of Reiki vary between people; however, a consistent result that I have personally seen is reduction in stress, almost immediately, with nearly every client. Very often the results go even further. I have personally witnessed clients no longer experiencing chronic knee pain or chronic migraine. I have had clients who have become empowered and found the courage to speak up for themselves after receiving Reiki therapy. Many have had boosts of energy that lasted weeks. Anxiety reduction is also a benefit received by a number of clients. The way Reiki can help is limitless, because each individual has their own individual needs.
Reiki essentially reduces stress, allowing your individual body to tend to what it needs most.
